About the Role:
eLoghomes is seeking a skilled Log Home Construction Project Manager to support our growing Construction Service business. This position will be responsible for managing log home shell erection projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers and projects
- Interface with Customer Service and Design Teams to review blueprints and ensure project requirements are met
- Audit contracts and process Work Orders for assigned customers
- Communicate project status and changes to customers
- Collaborate with subcontractors to coordinate project timelines and phases
- Process invoices and documentation for assigned customers
- Troubleshoot customer and field issues in coordination with team members
- Support new ERP system implementation
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of experience in project management for a custom home builder (preferred)
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
- Knowledge of project management scheduling, scope of work, and budgets
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience in estimating preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- High customer service orientation
- Team player and strong work ethic
