About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator - Log Home Kits. As a key member of our Construction Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating log home package management, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate log home kit deliveries and installations
- Manage inventory and track product orders
- Communicate with customers on project status and progress
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure accurate designs and specifications
- Process invoices and documentation for assigned customers
- Troubleshoot customer and field issues in coordination with team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with inventory management and tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
