What we are looking for:
We are looking for experienced Maintenance Techs who have excellent scheduling abilities, a strong work ethic, maintenance knowledge and a positive attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team! You must have basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.
A few of the duties will be making units market ready, doing unit upgrades, handling emergency and non-emergency service requests, and maintaining grounds and curb appeal, inventory control and ordering supplies, and unit inspections.
