About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team. The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting on-site users and systems.
- Serve as the focal point for all IT related topics, that have to be completed on-site
- Carry out 1st level support tasks (errors, changes, and enhancements) related to hardware, software, and user management
- Process IT tickets in the ticket system
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows clients (laptops and PCs) and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain multi-function devices and printers on the network
- Maintain the IT inventory in the existing system tools
- Set-up and support IT workstations for employees
- Install, commission, and provide support for mobile devices (e.g. handheld scanners)
- Provide support for internal IT projects
- Other duties, as assigned.
- About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network and server technologies
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ongoing knowledge in innovative technologies and development
- Drive the company culture by aligning and executing Elringklinger’s core values.
- Incumbent will be required to occasionally travel to and collaborate with other ElringKlinger facilities during the induction period.
