Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job
Preseries:
- Responsibility of quality management documentation in development (Flowchart, FEMA, control plan, inspection sheets) and production (work instructions, borderline catalogues, etc.)
- Support in APQP-Project Management on new products.
- Planning and coordinating of measures from internal audits and documentation.
Serial:
- Disciplinary and functional management of the Quality department of the plant.
- Managing quality assurance standards as well as ensuring adaption and achievement of relevant standards.
- Managing quality systems and KPI.
- Development and implementation of programs to improve quality.
- Managing all internal and external audits regarding quality aspects.
- Support the plant regarding quality problems.
- Supplier auditing in coordination with CU Supplier Management. Coordination of quality offensives/ continual improvement process and independent support as well as encouragement of the plant regarding CIP.
- Process standardization, complaint management and administration.
- Key user process landscape (N5) DoQM and audit tool and other system in place.
- Central reporting.
- Administration of customer portals.
- Administration of process landscape in the plant.
- Customer documentation and regular check of customer portals.
- Conduct internal trainings regarding quality aspects.
- Support in program management and definition of measuring methods.
- Release and blocking of products and processes in case of deviations.
- Support concerning local supplier projects in coordination with CU Supplier Management.
- Responsibility of incoming inspection.
- Waste management and CIP.
- Data Protection.
- In Addition, responsible for tasks of Senior Supplier Quality Management Specialist/Team Leader Supplier Quality
- Other duties assigned.
Educational Background Required:
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or in a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
