Goddard Mason Executive Search, a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, Inc., is seeking motivated individuals to immediately join the team of our North Georgia-Metro Atlanta based manufacturing client located in the Roswell, GA area as a Human Resources & General Affairs Manager. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday. The salary of the qualified candidate will be a salary rate of $90 to 110K. depending on experience. Job Summary : Hands on and 100% onsite HR / GA Manager in a fast-paced 24 / 7 manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience and will bring a strong understanding of manufacturing practices and be adept in managing a wide range of HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, and more. This position will play an essential role in supporting the organization's values, fostering a positive culture, and maintaining strong relationships across diverse teams.Responsibilities-Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.-Navigate relationships between new and tenured employees from diverse and global backgrounds, offering guidance, coaching, and support to maintain positive engagement and morale.-Oversee general affairs functions such as managing facilities, office supplies, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.-Assist in the administration of performance review processes, provide feedback to employees, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employment law, safety standards, and company policies.-Support recruitment efforts for new employees, including interview coordination, new hire orientation, and the integration of employees into the company culture.-Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and growth.-Act as a mediator in employee disputes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to company policy.Requirements-Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, in a small to medium manufacturing environment.-Strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.-High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to navigate complex employee dynamics with a diverse workforce.-Experience managing both new hires and long-tenured employees, including those from diverse and global backgrounds.-In-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and general affairs.-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.-Must have recent experience working onsite in a manufacturing environment.-Ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion.-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).BenefitsExcellent and affordable benefitsQuality Staffing, Inc. and our subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.#DH
