Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance on HR matters to support business growth and performance.
- Lead initiatives focused on organizational development to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistent application of company policies.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee discipline.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, working closely with the Recruiting Department to attract top talent.
- Design and implement talent management programs including succession planning, career development, and leadership training.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the design, execution, and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and fair workplace.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive improvements.
- Prepare and present HR-related reports to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve both departmental and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR-related software.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
