Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales/Customer Service position located in Louisville, KY. The role will involve daily tasks such as order processing, customer service, and effective communication with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Customer Service skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Travel is mandatory to a handful of events throughout the year (less than 5 occurrences per calendar year).
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the hardware industry or other types of retail/customer facing positions is a plus

Compensation

Starting salary (paid bi-weekly) is $50K-$60K based on multiple factors such as experience, CRM knowledge, Microsoft competence, etc. We offer a company paid premium health plan (simple/single) with options for additional coverage, as well as other benefits.
