VSC, LLC is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their orders.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and follow up on potential leads.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversees the shipping & receiving of all sales orders, depot calibration and MRO equipment
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
