📌 The Role
As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining schedules, upholding quality standards, and keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.
📌 What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage Job Sites – Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and daily activities.
✔ Ensure Quality – Maintain high construction standards and adherence to project plans.
