Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end coordination of FCL and LCL ocean export shipments.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and AES filings.
• Work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to manage bookings and ensure timely departures.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Resolve any shipment-related issues, including delays, documentation discrepancies, and carrier coordination.
• Maintain accurate records within the CargoWise system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 years of experience in ocean freight export logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation.
• Experience working with CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
