Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our commercial and retail construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial/retail construction projects from start to finish
- Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
- Conduct site inspections and address any quality or safety issues as they arise
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and resolving any concerns
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial/retail construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
