We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead our Academic & Government Acquisition and Customer Engagement Marketing team.
This team is responsible for activating campaigns and programs that drive demand generation, pipeline, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
The successful candidate will lead a dynamic group that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop expertise in using digital channels to engage customers across the lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop a team of digital marketers to drive excellence in execution and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Directors and Acquisition and Customer Engagement Directors to establish cohesive ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive consistency in digital execution and elevate digital marketing capabilities.
- Develop effective processes for localization and amplification of global campaigns.
- Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in B2B across key digital channels.
- Proven track record of leading and developing marketing teams in a matrixed or global organization.
- Deep stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
