- Mentor and develop a team of digital marketers to drive excellence in execution and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Directors and Acquisition and Customer Engagement Directors to establish cohesive ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive consistency in digital execution and elevate digital marketing capabilities.
- Develop effective processes for localization and amplification of global campaigns.
- Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in B2B across key digital channels.
- Proven track record of leading and developing marketing teams in a matrixed or global organization.
- Deep stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
