Responsibilities
- Develop and own a clear, customer-focused product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements from ideation through launch and post-release optimization.
- Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as adoption rates and clinical outcomes to measure product success and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Engage directly with oncologists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
- Analyze market trends, industry landscape, and regulatory changes to ensure the product remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving clinical needs.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights, ensuring the product delivers measurable value to users.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance product capabilities.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in agile development and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial go-to-market team, which owns go-to-market strategy, pricing, and business development efforts. This product role will serve as an essential stakeholder feeding into these efforts with insights and product expertise to guide their success.

- Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs, fostering successful product launches and retention strategies.
- Act as a mentor and coach for junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Have 6–8 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or related fields.
- Bachelor's or master's degree. Clinical training or experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of owning and delivering products or complex features, from concept to launch, in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
- Be experienced leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and marketing, to drive successful outcomes.
- Have excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
