Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes
• Assist in the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring timely delivery of food services.
• Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in menu planning, offering creative ideas for meal options
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• A passion for cooking and creating healthy meals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.

Pay: $14.06 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
