Elsmore Swim Shop, one of the largest and most successful swim team dealers in the US, is seeking a high energy, outgoing, results oriented account manager to join our team. This role works at our corporate headquarters in Apple Valley, MN. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and establishing new relationships. As the lead point of contact for all swim team matters, you will be responsible for optimizing the value of each relationship by delivering the highest level of customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to team needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, team board members, parents and athletes.
- Establish a regular cadence for account reviews to optimize sales for each relationship.
- Proactively reach out to potential new accounts and cultivate those relationships to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Be a knowledgeable resource for equipment and apparel recommendations for coaches, team board members, parents and athletes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in all forms of communication; Effectively manage challenging situations to a successful outcome.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize revenue by identifying cross sell or upsell opportunities.
- Communicate and engage effectively with colleagues to deliver the highest level of service.
- Present account activity, progress towards goals, and quarterly initiatives to management and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives
- Knowledge of competitive swimming highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person capable of navigating and resolving challenging situations
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
