Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and licensed Independent Beauty Providers to join our expanding network. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide a range of beauty services to clients either at their preferred locations or within your own business space. Through the Eluxx App, you’ll manage appointments, fill openings in your schedule, enhance your business presence, and grow your client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional beauty services (hair, nails, skincare, makeup, massages, skin etc.) at client locations or in your business.
- Manage appointments, client communication, and marketing through the Eluxx App.
- Maintain a professional setup when delivering mobile services.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Promote services on Eluxx and other marketing channels to attract new clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current beauty license (cosmetology, esthetician, nail technician, nurse practitioner, etc.).
- Proven experience in the beauty industry with a portfolio of work.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Proficiency with mobile apps for managing business operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible schedule for client appointments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to high-quality service.
