Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and licensed Independent Fitness Professionals to join our expanding network. In this role, you will have the opportunity to offer a range of fitness services such as personal training, yoga, pilates, and wellness coaching either at client locations, within your own business space, or at Eluxx-approved venues. Using the Eluxx App, you’ll manage appointments, fill openings in your schedule, grow your client base, and promote your services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized fitness sessions (personal training, yoga, pilates, etc.) at client locations, in your studio, or within approved venues.
• Manage appointments, client communication, and marketing through the Eluxx App.
• Create a professional setup when delivering mobile services or in-person sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and wellness products.
• Promote your services on Eluxx and other marketing channels to attract new clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current fitness certification (personal training, yoga, pilates, etc.).
• Proven experience in fitness or wellness with a portfolio of work.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Proficiency with mobile apps for managing business operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible schedule for client appointments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Passionate about fitness and committed to high-quality service.
