We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of St. Jude Tower #2 in Memphis, TN. This role requires a strong background in vertical construction , with experience managing large-scale commercial projects such as mid-rise, high-rise, data centers, or distribution centers .

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale vertical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project goals are met in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Organize and coordinate project teams to achieve milestones efficiently.
- Implement and oversee BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project for project planning and execution.
- Manage contract negotiations and represent the company with owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control measures .
- Lead problem-solving efforts , ensuring proactive resolution of project challenges.
- Provide detailed reporting on project progress, budget control, and resource allocation .
