CNC Programmer Details:
Direct Hire position
$63,000.00 to $68,000.00 /annually
First Shift (Monday through Thursday)
CNC Programming & Setup: The role involves writing and optimizing G-code, programming CNC Swiss/Lathe machines, and selecting the right tooling.
Troubleshooting & Training: Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to train machine operators on best practices.
Inspection & Quality Control: Developing inspection methods, reading blueprints and process specs, and working under ISO-13485 quality standards.
CNC Programmer Qualifications:
Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related experience – preferred but not required.
1-4 years’ hands-on experience as a multi-axis Swiss/Lathe Turning Machinist in a production metal cutting environment.
Full understanding of the operations of the machines.
Part Maker/Solid Works programming for CNC Turning G-code programming – using variables and Macro-B arguments
