CNC Programmer Details :

  • Direct Hire position
  • 63, to $68, / annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday)
  • CNC Programming & Setup : The role involves writing and optimizing G-code, programming CNC Swiss / Lathe machines, and selecting the right tooling.
  • Troubleshooting & Training : Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to train machine operators on best practices.
  • Inspection & Quality Control : Developing inspection methods, reading blueprints and process specs, and working under ISO-13485 quality standards.

    • CNC Programmer Qualifications :

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related experience – preferred but not required.
  • 1-4 years’ hands-on experience as a multi-axis Swiss / Lathe Turning Machinist in a production metal cutting environment.
  • Full understanding of the operations of the machines.
  • Part Maker / Solid Works programming for CNC Turning G-code programming – using variables and Macro-B arguments
