We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Accounting Specialist to join a leading provider in aviation ground support services team in White City!

Accounting Specialist Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
Maintain and oversee financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations such as GAAP for US operations and IFRS for international activities.
Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and reconcile statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Accounting Specialist Qualifications :
2 years of experience in Accounting or similar field is required
Mon-Thursday 7am-4 : 30pm Friday 8am-12pm
QuickBooks and Microsoft Suites experience requiredKnowledge of NetSuite, Job Boss, or Fulcrum is a bonus
Team player
Longevity at previous positions required
Punctual and reliable record of attendance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Applicant may be subject to a background check
