We are seeking a bilingual Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our food production team in White City! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a variety of administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.

Administrative Assistant Details :
Temporary position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Assist employees with issues
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Greet and direct walk ins to correct departments
Handle data entry, maintain databases, and update records as needed.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications :
Temporary, could turn into long-term depending on work performance
Strong bilingual communication skills with Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a high volume administrative or office support role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Occasionally would be required to come in early to assist graveyard shift employees
