Administrative Support Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Saturday)
Schedule includes rotating Saturdays, need available Mon-Sat 7 : 00am-6 : 00pm.
Greeting customers & answering telephones
Discussing customer needs and answering questions
Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Assists in the administration of our credit program
Assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required
Administrative Support Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience and basic understanding of accounts payable and receivables required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook Able to multi-task and have a high level of customer service
Dress code : no visible tattoos or piercings
Valid drivers' license and good driving record in last 5 years.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
