Control Panel Quality Control Tech Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 04 : 00pm)
Perform continuity checks
Perform point-to-point wire checks
Program components ( VFD) as required Test components within the panel ( horns, lights, selector switches, etc.)
Validate wire labels, device labels, terminal block markers, information tags, etc. per engineering documents
Conduct a pull test for loose wiring or components
Control Panel Quality Control Tech Qualifications :
At least 3-5 years’ experience building control panels
Prefer 1-3 years quality control experience with control panels
Working knowledge of pneumatics
Able to use power tools ( drill) and hand tools ( screwdriver), as well as testing tools such as multimeter, torque wrench, torque screwdriver, etc.
Competent knowledge and use of PPE while working with testing equipment and up to 480v
Able to read and decipher schematics, mechanical drawings, etc.
