Facilities Technician Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Responsible for the general maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the overall facility.
Respond to Helpdesk requests in a timely manner.
Ensure the facility is clean and orderly at all times.
Ensure that all areas are free from safety or fire hazards and that all equipment, supplies, and materials are in proper storage areas.
Maintain proper cleaning schedule and ensure a complete cleaning cycle is adhered to with the overall facility as well as carpets, windows, cubicles, etc.
Perform daily walk-through of the facility and ensure that all areas are free from clutter and debris.
Ensure that all machinery is clean and in good working condition.
Ensure that all mechanical and electrical areas are free from safety or fire hazards and that all materials are in proper storage areas.

Facilities Technician Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of previous facilities maintenance experience
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to stand for entire shift
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
