We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Coordinator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and providing essential support to clients. You will work closely with a small team handling 5 to 8 customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and efficient logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer accounts, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries related to logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations.
- Respond to a high volume of incoming emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments, inventory, and other operational tasks.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of customer orders, inventory levels, and logistics details.
- Monitor and manage account issues, working with customers to resolve any problems that arise.
- Provide general warehouse support when needed, including assisting with inventory control and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in logistics or warehouse settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to emails professionally and clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is preferred.
