Medical Receptionist Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 15am to 05 : 30pm)
Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries.
Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Prepare intake forms and assist patients with necessary documentation.
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Coordinate with practitioners and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Medical Receptionist Qualifications :
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of natural medicine, holistic therapies, or integrative health practices is a plus.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
