Metal Prep Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
Maintain coating department operational standards.
Prepare parts for coating. Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application.
Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems.
Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects.
Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations.
Ensure that all components are produced / coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
Metal Prep Qualifications :
Strong understanding of manufacturing procedures.
High attention to detail.
Ability to make quick, good decisions.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Able to work in a fast pace environment.
