Mortgage Loan Officer Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift (Monday through Saturday)

    • MLO Responsibilities : Originating long-term mortgage loans, lot, construction, and home equity loans. Engage potential clients through initial pre-qualification interviews, expertly guiding them through the loan process and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Effectively communicate our credit extension policies, aligning them with both credit union and secondary investor guidelines, Meet scheduling and documentation requirements while exceeding production expectations will be key to success. Assist clients in navigating their financing options. Actively cross-sell our range of services, enhancing their overall experience.

  • Education : A two-year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. One to five years of similar related mortgage lending origination experience for mortgage lender, bank or credit union. Possess proficient level in Microsoft Word and Excel. , Understanding of real estate law, regulations, and the secondary market.

    • Mortgage Loan Officer Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role.
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
