Plate Maker (Experience Required) Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Sunday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 00pm)
Our client works Printing Materials (Industrial size) and you would be responsible for producing quality plates that are used in the production process.
You will use a variety of techniques to make printing plates for use in the large-scale printing process
You are required to follow customer instructions, as detailed on the manufacturing order
Very important for this job : You will inspect artwork, copy, and plates for accuracy to ensure quality.
Preferred previous training in the printing trade and at least three months of on-the-job training
Education – High School or GED
Quality Control / Inspection required
Need previous computer experience
Stand and walk for 8 hours
While you work on the set up you will be required to bend, kneel and the materials to be moved require frequent lifting (Ink, paper, etc) up to 50 lbs
Steel toe shoes required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
