Sales Assistant Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 00am to 03 : 00pm)
Job Duties :
Entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.
Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems, retrieving documents as needed.
Scanning documents and attaching where needed
Putting together pricing and sending out PO's
Sales Assistant Qualifications :
Strong skills Microsoft Suites (word, excel, sheets, etc.)
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
