Site Administrator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 00am to 02 : 30pm)
Job Duties :
Entering and updating information into Microsoft Windows databases and spreadsheets
Report origination and management
Managing complex schedules, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating with multiple parties to book conference rooms.
Other duties as assigned
Site Administrator Qualifications :
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.)
High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
Efficiently managing workload and adapting to changing priorities
Works efficiently both independently as well as in a team environment.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
