- Providing medically related social services that promote the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our guests.
- Supervising Social Workers and guiding facility staff in matters of residency advocacy, protection, and promotion of resident's rights.
- Completing admissions, social services evaluations, providing for social services or referrals, and maintaining communication with resident and families.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.
- Master's Degree preferred.
