Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Perform clerical duties such as creating invoices

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company

Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills

- Familiarity with social media platforms

- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative procedures

- Ability to multitask effectively
