Elysium Tile is looking for a Business Development Manager to improve our brand recognition and grow our sales and market share with a large national client. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth initiatives — including new customer acquisition and client optimization.
This position is based out of our Palmetto, Florida location and requires overnight travel 50% of the time.
Duties and Responsibilities;
· Identify and research potential clients
· Strengthen current client relationships while establishing new relationships
· Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
· Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
· Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
· Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
· Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
· Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
· Conduct ongoing market research
· Drive the end-to-end sales process
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
· 3 or more years sales experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the materials industry
· Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
· Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management
· Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
· Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
· Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
· Maintain a valid state driver’s license

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
