Business Process Re-engineering Specialist
Mclean / Falls Church, VA
This is an Onsite Position.
EM Key Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst to support the development of policy, doctrine, and programs to meet our client's mission. The Project Analyst will join a team of individuals supporting client programs and initiatives focusing on the continuity of existing achievements while preparing for the future with studies and analysis, program evaluation, management and support, business process re-engineering, and change management.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Leading and supporting the analysis, definition, review, and documentation of project / program requirements throughout its lifecycle; providing support to the planning, direction, and oversight to achieve scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of functional solutions, providing client support during the implementation phase.
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall project / program, including tracking and reporting on budget and financial status.
- Conducting analysis (e.g., policy, data, risk) and research to generate recommendations that align with client needs and adhere to project / program policies, procedures, enterprise strategies, and governing directives.
- Alerting the project team to any issues or discrepancies and serving as a liaison for the team.
- Conducting research to identify trends, as well as preparing and revising proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Performing analytical tasks to ensure the project remains aligned with its goals and objectives.
- Collecting, analyzing, and communicating requirements and changes to business processes and policies between internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing overall support to the project team, including creating, managing, and distributing project reports.
- Maintaining project assets, communications, and relevant databases.
- Offering operational support to the government Program Office.
- Assisting team members in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client expectations and requirements.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance or already carry an active Secret or higher Clearance level. The selected candidate will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
