Description:

EMA is looking to hire an experienced individual to join our Finance team. The person must be a self-starter and work with the finance team members as well as customers and salespeople to invoice the customers for the correct items and amounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate and timely billing of services and products.
• Creating invoices and credit memos in QuickBooks
• Updating records and issuing monthly statements to customers.
• Managing client bills, databases, and payment systems.
• Verifying client information, listing due amounts, and itemizing goods and services.
• Charging accurate taxes and deducting discounts.
• Handling new client accounts, preparing receipts, resolving errors, and answering client inquiries.
• Sending invoices and account updates to clients.
• Receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments.
• Addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices.
• Process credit card payments.
• Match up customer purchase orders and quotes.
• Process expense reports to get paid.
• Resolve billing issues and handle invoice-related queries

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior bookkeeping or related experience required.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
