We are seeking Field Network Engineers who have the following skill sets:
Preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• 1-4 Years Experience as Help Desk Support, Network Administrator or Network Engineer
• Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft 0ffice 365, Teams, Azure
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server platform 2012 / 2008 and more.
• A Certification or equivalent hardware experience;
• Solid networking skills including: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Wireless;
• Experience with desktop imaging and software deployment;
• Preferred Microsoft Certified Professionals we are a Microsoft Gold Partner.
• Knowledge of Firewall technology and end point security
• Knowledge of ConnectWise
Additional Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a high level of client service and participate in Help Desk ticket management.
• Provide support to users on a variety of system issues with internal and external applications.
• Identify, research, and resolve basic to complex technical problems.
• Provide advanced trouble shooting to support client employees.
• Manage on-going deployment, updates and prioritization of various application upgrades or development.
• Handle various IT projects on an ad hoc basis.
