Position Overview:

We are seeking a vibrant and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, competitive mentality, and enthusiastic persona. This role entails actively engaging with customers at events, retail divisons, promoting our clients' products and or services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. For individuals looking for internal growth opportunities who are passionate about overseeing sales and marketing campaigns, are clients are looking to grow this summer! Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate leads and drive sales.

Represent our clients' brands with passion and enthusiasm, effectively communicating their value propositions.

Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to continuously improve our marketing approaches.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and mastering product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

Drive sales KPI's and create effective marketing and sales systems.

Qualifications:

Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Competitive mentality and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor, capable of captivating audiences.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Sales experience is preferred but not required.
