Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments for all new clients entering the program.
- Manage and oversee admissions to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve census and admissions targets.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new clients and their families.
- Conduct suicide risk assessments and provide care for clients at moderate or high risk.
- Coordinate efforts between national admissions teams and local therapeutic staff.
- Supervise and support staff, create admissions trend reports, and assist with leadership and resource planning tasks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Full state licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience conducting behavioral health assessments.
- Proficiency in administering suicide screening tools such as the C-SSRS.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
