Schedule: 11 AM - 7 PM PST or 2 PM - 10 PM EST (Monday - Thursday) - Flexible Hours

Our Remote Licensed Therapist position plays a crucial role in our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which makes vital, life-saving therapy accessible to those who need it most. We offer a $500 Sign-On Bonus for candidates already licensed in three or more of our active states, and we prefer candidates who hold licensure in multiple states or in one of our active markets: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. If you're not currently licensed in these states, don’t worry—we cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, enabling you to expand your practice across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans, conducting intake assessments for new clients, and completing insurance review notes.
- Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
- Lead IOP group sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families.
- Work alongside empathetic colleagues who value trust, service, growth, and results in delivering exceptional mental health support.
- Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Montana or multiple states, committed to high standards of practice.
- Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
- Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
- Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
