Job Description

As a CNA at Shady Lawn, you will:

• Assist Residents: Provide support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor Health: Report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Promote Comfort: Ensure residents’ comfort and dignity by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Build Relationships: Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a welcoming and caring environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and other staff to deliver personalized care plans for residents.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
