    • Job Description :

    As a CNA at Shady Lawn, you will :

  • Assist Residents : Provide support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  • Monitor Health : Report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Promote Comfort : Ensure residents' comfort and dignity by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Build Relationships : Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a welcoming and caring environment.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with nurses and other staff to deliver personalized care plans for residents.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current and valid CNA certification.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
