Are you a detail-oriented and reliable individual who loves to keep things fresh and clean? We’re looking for a Laundry Assistant to support our long-term care facility ! While our laundry services are outsourced, you’ll play a key role in ensuring linens, resident clothing, and supplies are properly managed and distributed to meet our high standards. If you’re organized, hardworking, and love to help others, we’d love to have you join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate with our outsourced laundry service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clean linens and resident clothing.
- Organize and distribute laundry items to residents and various departments.
- Track inventory of linens and supplies to maintain stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Monitor laundry quality to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized laundry area for receiving and storing clean items.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external laundry services.
- A positive, dependable attitude with a willingness to help out wherever needed.
- Experience in laundry or housekeeping is a plus but not required.
