Position Details
- Position: Full-Time Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- Location: Shady Lawn Nursing Home, Dalton, OH
- Shift: Day and evening shifts available

- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Assist residents with mobility, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
- Help with feeding, including serving meals and feeding assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and laundry for residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or in a caregiving role is preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Must be able to lift and assist residents with mobility.
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
