As a team member of this new hotel, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up. This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
The Role :
As a Valet Supervisor , you're not just overseeing parking – you're orchestrating a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.This is a seasonal position through November. Valet team members earn cash tips in addition to their hourly base pay.
What You'll Do :
- Supervise the valet team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Oversee the parking of vehicles, ensuring a secure and organized valet experience.
- Train and mentor valet team members, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure a coordinated and seamless guest experience.
