- Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
