Ember & Oak is hiring to grow our team! We are a fast paced and high volume modern steakhouse meets share plates concept in Historic Downtown Melbourne, and are looking for passionate and hard working people to join our team! Must have great people skills, be able to work will a team service environment, be highly organized, thrive in a busy restaurant, work efficiently; and most importantly, must love great food and hospitality as we are a chef owned and operated restaurant where everything is made fresh in-house, using the best ingredients that we ship in from all over the country.

-Must be outgoing and love guest interaction
Bar ~ Craft Cocktail Bar Requirements and will be tested on making cocktails before being hired
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced bar
-Must love great food as our bar guests are able to order drop our full dinner menu
-Must be able to follow recipes created by management
-A knowledge of wine and spirits is required as our program includes 100 wines, rare whiskeys and tequilas
-Passionate about craft cocktails
-Willing to learn new techniques and advance personal knowledge
-Must have advanced knowledge of craft spirits, beers, and high-end wines, to help maintain a growing collection of hundreds of spirits and wines
A minimum of 2 years in a fine dining setting is required. Please provide relative experience on a resume submitted.
